basic but has issues

noisy bed springs no housekeeping

the staff was helpful. that was good.

The room was small. the air conditioning was a problem, it didn't go below 26 degrees, so it was too hot to sleep well. the bed springs were noisy anytime someone moved. I found this irritating. plus there was no housekeeping between nights, twice.

the receptionist was friendly and helpful i appreciated the room being clean and the bathroom super clean i found the courtyard gorgeous a true spanish haven. the hotel's central location was a bonus even though the street needed some care restaurants were nearby. i felt safe and thrilled with this hotel.

i would have loved a small gesture for my birthday, such as a chocolate something i've experienced in other hotels.

Central and convenient

easy access spacious room

THE location was close to Pa de Triumpho. This provided easy access to the Alhambra via bus 32. The room was spacious , comfortable, and very clean.

Air conditioning made much noise , and the mattress needs replacement, as it sagged. I left with back pain.

convenient location comfortable room helpful staff

The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to the train station in about ten minutes. The room had standard items and was comfortable for my one-night stay. I found the staff friendly and ready to help when needed.

The air conditioning seemed not to work very well.
